aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1001\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"false\"><p>Campana pensada para cubrir necesidades de locales sin chimenea, que cumplan el<br \/>art\u00edculo 24 de la normativa OCAS 04\/21 comunidad de Madrid.<br \/><em>Art. 24. Excepciones a la instalaci\u00f3n de conductos de evacuaci\u00f3n a cubierta<\/em>.<\/p><p>No ser\u00e1 preceptiva la instalaci\u00f3n de conducto de evacuaci\u00f3n a cubierta en los recintos donde se cocine o se realicen otras elaboraciones de alimentos, cuando se cumplan todas las siguientes<br \/>condiciones:<\/p><ul><li>Que se utilicen exclusivamente aparatos el\u00e9ctricos que, por realizar labores de cocinado en el interior del propio aparato, no transmitan olores, tales como microondas, tostadoras, salamandras, hornos con sistema de recogida de vapores por condensaci\u00f3n, u otros asimilables.<\/li><li>Que la suma de la potencia \u00fatil nominal conjunta de todos estos aparatos sea igual o inferior a 4 Kw.<\/li><li>Que se realice un mantenimiento adecuado o conforme a lo recomendado por el fabricante.<\/li><li>Que no existan huecos abiertos que comuniquen directamente el recinto de elaboraci\u00f3n de alimentos con el medio ambiente exterior, salvo los exigidos en la normativa sectorial aplicable.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section
